How it works

From the till to the customer’s hands, without anyone shouting.

Each step is a tap or a scan, and every screen updates the next one on its own.

  1. 01

    Ring it up

Dine-in, takeaway or delivery. Pick a table, add modifiers, split the bill or hold an order for later.

  2. 02

    The kitchen sees it

The ticket appears on the kitchen display as soon as the order is placed, and every printed KOT carries a QR code.

  3. 03

    Scan when it’s plated

One scan marks the order ready. The customer screen shows the number and calls it out.

  4. 04

    Scan when it’s handed over

A second scan closes the order, and the screen goes back to playing your video.

Features

Built for the way a restaurant actually runs.

The till, the kitchen, the stock room and the back office share one set of data, so nothing is typed twice.

Point of sale

A till your team learns in one shift

Big buttons, quick search and every order type on one screen, on a desktop, a tablet or a touchscreen terminal.

Called out loud

தமிழ் සිංහල

Every ready takeaway order is called in Tamil or Sinhala, then English, in natural neural voices.

Stock that counts itself

Give each dish a recipe and every sale takes its ingredients out of stock. Low stock is flagged before you run out.

Multi-outlet

Every branch, one account

Each outlet keeps its own menu, prices, kitchens and staff, and the owner sees all of them side by side.

Front of house

Orders from the table, not the queue

A waiter app for taking orders at the table, a customer display at the till and an order-status screen for the queue.

Also included
  • QR self-ordering at every table
  • Online table reservations
  • Roles and permissions per user
  • Cash register with denomination count
  • Customer and supplier dues
  • Expenses and staff attendance
  • SMS, email and WhatsApp to customers
  • Multiple currencies
  • Menu import from Excel
  • Audit log of every change
  • Your own website and domain
  • Uber Eats orders and an open REST API
Self-order

Guests order straight from the table.

Print a QR code for every table. A scan opens that table’s own menu on the guest’s phone — nothing to install, no account to create — and the order reaches the kitchen exactly like one a waiter rang up.

  • Each code is signed for one table at one restaurant — it cannot be edited to open another one
  • The guest’s session is confined to ordering; it cannot reach your settings, reports or any other table
  • Switch self-ordering on or off per outlet, whenever you like
Reservations

Table bookings that check themselves before they reach you.

A guest books from your website. The slot is checked against your opening hours and how many tables you actually have free before it is ever accepted — nobody has to double-book by hand.

  • Refuses a time outside opening hours, too soon, too far out, or already full for that slot
  • A confirmation code arrives by WhatsApp or SMS, and by email when the guest gives one
  • Guests can look their booking up, or cancel it, from their own status page — no phone call needed
  • Accept or decline from the back office; the guest is told automatically, either way
Your own address

A website for your restaurant, not just a page on ours.

Every restaurant gets a real address the day it signs up, with its menu, QR self-ordering and table booking already on it — and a domain of your own whenever you are ready for one.

  • Live immediately at your own address under ours — nothing to configure
  • Bring a domain you already own and verify it yourself, straight from your settings
  • Orders and bookings placed there belong to your restaurant alone, never mixed with anyone else's
Customer reach

Reach every customer on the channel they actually read.

Connect your own SMS, email and WhatsApp accounts once. Receipts go out after the sale, and you can text your whole customer list whenever you have something to say.

SMS

Text your regulars

A receipt text after every sale, a birthday greeting on the day, or one message to your whole customer list.

  • Birthday and anniversary greetings, already written
  • Sent through your own SMS provider account
Email

Invoices that reach the inbox

The invoice goes to the customer as a PDF, with the order number, total and balance in the message.

  • PDF invoice attached to every email
  • Sent from your own email account
WhatsApp

Where your customers already chat

The order summary and the invoice land in the customer’s WhatsApp as soon as the sale is closed.

  • Switch it on for an outlet, or tick it at the till
  • Sent through your own WhatsApp provider account
  • SMS · Email · WhatsApp

    After every sale

The receipt or invoice reaches the customer without the cashier typing anything.

  • SMS

    On their birthday

A greeting is ready to send to everyone whose birthday is today.

  • SMS

    On their anniversary

The same for anniversaries: one message, every customer celebrating today.

  • SMS

    Whenever you like

Write one message for a new dish or a quiet Tuesday and send it to your whole customer list.

Messages go to the customers saved in your customer list. Message charges come from your own SMS and WhatsApp providers.

Connections

Bring in orders from outside, or build your own on top.

Delivery apps land orders in one place, priced against your own menu. An API key gives you the rest.

Delivery platforms

An incoming order is priced against your own menu the moment it arrives — if the platform's total does not match, your team sees that before doing anything with it.

Uber Eats Live PickMe Coming soon

Open REST API

Read your menu and tables, take a booking, or get an honest price for an order — with a key you create yourself, scoped to your business alone.

Customer screen

Your customers hear their number.

Put a TV above the counter. While orders cook it plays your videos. When one is ready it shows the number, calls it out, then goes back to the video.

  • Two languages in every callTamil then English, or Sinhala then English, in natural neural voices.
  • Only the orders people wait forTakeaway numbers are called. Dine-in guests are served at their table and left in peace.
  • Your videos in betweenYouTube, Vimeo or your own files, whole playlists included. Change the link and every screen follows.
  • Picks up where it stoppedAfter a power cut the video carries on from the same place instead of starting over.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the web browser on Windows and Mac computers, Android tablets and touchscreen terminals. Receipt and kitchen printers connect to the till.
Which languages can the customer screen speak?
Tamil followed by English, or Sinhala followed by English. Each screen chooses its own pair, and the voices are neural voices rather than a robotic system voice.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Every outlet has its own menu, prices, kitchens and staff, and the owner sees them all from one account. How many outlets you can add depends on your plan.
Can I bring my existing menu?
Yes. Fill in the Excel template and upload your whole menu, and its recipes, in one go instead of typing each dish.
Can guests order without downloading an app?
Yes. Every table gets its own QR code; scanning it opens a menu scoped to that table alone, with nothing to install and no account to create. The order reaches the kitchen exactly like one taken by a waiter, and the guest’s session cannot reach anything beyond ordering.
Can guests book a table online?
Yes. The booking form checks the slot against your opening hours and how many tables you have free before it is accepted, hands the guest a confirmation code, and messages them by WhatsApp, SMS or email at every step — received, accepted, declined or cancelled. Guests can look their booking up or cancel it themselves from their own status page.
Can I message my customers?
Yes. Connect your own SMS, email and WhatsApp accounts. Receipts and invoices go out after a sale, and SMS greetings for birthdays and anniversaries, or one message to your whole customer list, are a few clicks away. Messages reach the customers saved in your customer list, and the providers bill you for their own charges.
What happens if a screen loses power?
Nothing is lost: orders are saved on the server as they are placed. The customer screen starts again by itself and carries on with the video where it stopped.
How do we get started?
Book a demo. We set up your business, send the owner a private link to choose a password, and your team can start taking orders.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your restaurant is live at its own address the day you sign up, and you can add a domain you already own and verify it yourself from your settings — no developer needed.
Can I take orders from Uber Eats?
Yes. An incoming order is priced against your own menu the moment it arrives and shown to your team to confirm. PickMe support is coming once they publish a way to connect to it.

See it running with your own menu.

Tell us about your restaurant and we’ll show you the POS, the kitchen screen and the customer display working together.
